Ugland House I
General Information
The striking design and colours of this most prestigious office building dominate the George Town Harbour area skyline. It consists of five rentable floors, totalling 27,000 sf, underground parking for 40 cars and 20 cars on a second level. Three floors were fitted out for Cayman's largest law firm, while the penthouse houses the corporate offices of the Ugland Group.
The frame is of reinforced concrete, with a structural, steel-framed, pitched roof which houses the mechanical and elevator equipment. The air conditioned building is managed through a computerized system controlling energy consumption, fire detection and security systems.
