General Information

The renovation of this 5 Star Hotel was completed in less than 6 months and included the renovation of 295 rooms and suites in both the Ocean and Resort towers.

The scope of the project entailed the complete strip out of all existing furniture and finishes. The refurbishment work included new carpets, updated millwork, electrical and A/V improvements, repainting and install of new FF&E. The Hotel remained in operation during the refurbishment making the logistics and scheduling complex. In addition to refurbishing the rooms, the corridors were also completely refurbished. The new clean contemporary design was a significant improvement.
