General Information

Before assembling his collection in Cayman, Mr Ugland’s motorcars were scattered throughout the world with many of them in England, Canada, and his home country of Norway. His vision was to bring them to Cayman for the residents and visitors to enjoy. In 2009 his dream became a reality with the construction of this beautiful 12,000 sq. ft facility which is designed to meet the Cayman Islands Government Hurricane Shelter specification. It was the first project to utilise the Cayman Wall window system developed jointly between McAlpine and Dolphin Architectural Products which fully comply with the requirements for a 15lb missile at 73 feet per second.

The building was completed within 10 months and is open to the general public. Mr Ugland indicates “it’s truly is a pleasure to share these motorcars and motorbikes with all who might appreciate their significance and magnificence.”
